PM - 5 miles. 8x200 (3 seconds faster than Race. Goal : 32) with decreasing recovery and Harts Warm and cool. This was an insanely fast and hard workout. My 200 times were super fast but I found the decreasing recovery the hardest. I didn't stay as tough mentally as I should have and my times at the end were a few seconds slow. The shins were feeling better. |
