PM - 5 miles. 6x400 with 120 beat recovery and Harts warm and cool. I was supposed to hit 1:17 on the 400s today. My times were 1:17, 1:19, 1:15, 1:19, 1:18, 1:14. I did pretty well last week with my times but today I let them jump all over the place. At least I didn't let some of those quick times pull me down super low on some of the others like I've done before in workouts. My shin felt about the same today. |
