PM - 5 miles. 4 miles with 4x200. Another easy run with all the people who did the Coe workout on Monday. We went and swam and Sandbergs. I tried really hard to work on my form today specifically my foot strike. I tried to stay off the heels and more on the toes especially on the 200s. I really felt like I did pretty good especially on the last 200 and it was a super fun run. My shins were about the same. |
