PM - 4x1000 (goal: 3:49) with 3 min. recovery and 2x300 with full recovery and Harts warm and cool. My stomach was so jacked today. I felt pretty good on the warm up and the first two 1000s but I could barely run on the third. I skipped the fourth because of it and even though I was still feeling like crap, I forced myself to do the 300. My times for the 1000 were 3:41, 3:51, 4:21, and I skipped the 4th and my 300 times were :53 and :48. I've never felt like I did today when I was running. It was the first time I seriously thought I was going to puke while running. Weights after. |
