2 mile warm and 1 mile cool. I got a new PR in this race but it didn't feel to me like that great of a race. I felt like I ran well but nothing big or different from most of the rest of my races. My legs still a little sore from the Michigan and the Monday workout this week but as always most of that soreness disappeared as I ran. I haven't been able to figure out my kick since my awesome finish at Hurricane so I need to work on that. I didn't prepare mentally like I should have and need to work on that for region. My form could use some tweaks especially when I start to get tired. Overall, a great race for me and a new PR. |
