AM - 7 miles. Old Man Hills - 3x800. I did my workout this morning (with my brother) because I have a Dentist Appointment this afternoon. I had a pretty good workout today. It was kind of hard because I had no one to push with but I still felt like I did good. My times respectively were 3:07, 3:05, and 2:52. My foot is still about the same (it doesn't really bother me when I run). PM - 2.5 miles. I ran with the boys for 1.5 miles then flipped it but I was already running late for my Dentist Appointment so my mom came and picked me up before I could finish. So I didn't get the full 3 miles in. My foot was about the same as this morning but my shin hurt a little at the beginning. I just haven't been taking care of my body like I should. |
