AM - 6.5 miles. 30/30 workout based on last week's vVO2. I got 30 repeats and then decided to stop. It was a little discouraging seeing some people about my level going almost 40 but I felt like I pushed it as hard as I could. I need to work on walking less on the recovery. Running club added some mileage as it was race day and I attempted to pace Jaron for the first half. |
