AM - 4 miles. Felt a bit tired this morning. Not my legs so much but just overall it feels like I'm not getting enough sleep.
PM - 4 miles. 4x300 at 400 race pace (goal - 43) with 120 beat recovery. Times - :44, :44, :49, :49. Tough workout today. I ran pretty good on my first two but that made me pretty tired for the last two. I also tightened up a bunch on the last two. I need to work on staying relaxed not just towards the ends of workouts but also the end of races. I know I always sucked at the 800 because my last 400 was garbage.
