AM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. I felt really good this morning. Legs felt really zesty and rolling out and doing yoga after made them feel even better.
PM - 6.5 miles. 40 min easy with 4x200. This was a good and bad run. My stomach was all jacked again but we took it nice and slow so that was a nice shakeout for my legs.
Controversy - What's your favorite Star Wars movie? This is one of my favorite sagas of all time. I'm not sure which movie is my favorite though. I want to say #6 but #2 and #3 are really cool too. I really can't decide because they all are really good. Comment your favorite one.
