AM - 4.5 miles. Same warm up and then a vV02 test with 2 mile warm up and 1 mile cool down. The test was 6 min. hard around a 400 meter grass loop. I went 1610 meters which I was pretty happy about. I pushed as hard as I could and I am satisfied with my first workout of XC. My legs felt good today and all the soreness was gone. |
