AM - 3 miles barefoot on baseball field. My foot is starting to feel a lot better but still not 100%.
PM - 5 miles. I had work at 5 and since we were taking forever to start I ran with Coton to Starbucks. My warm up and then my run home added up to 5 miles. My foot was feeling pretty good but I was just feeling super tired and it was deathly hot. |
