AM - 3 miles. Normal AC run. PM - 7 miles. 1/1 workout today. I was able to max out at 15 again but only just barely. I was able to easily reach 11 when I was pushing with Andrew and Logan but I made a quick stop after 11 to grab some ice from the cooler and I fell behind. I really had to focus on those last few and even though I really struggled, I was able to do it. Super excited for the race tomorrow. |
