AM - 3 miles. Normal AC run. Foot is feeling pretty good. It still mostly hurts when I'm not running. PM - 7 miles. 1/1 workout today. I was able to max out to 15. It wasn't too hot today and we had the sprinkler out so that made it feel better but I was also pretty hydrated today. I felt really strong today but I didn't much sleep last nights so I need to work on that. Foot felt okay. |
