AM - 3 miles. Normal 3 miles. My foot pain was on fire today. Plyos after. PM - 7.75 miles. 6x1000 (goal- 4:15). My times were 4:00, 4:12, 4:10, 4:10, 4:17, and 4:08. Pretty hard workout today. It was super hot and my legs weren't feeling great. I felt tired and my foot hurt pretty bad. I just haven't been taking care of my body like I should. Weights after. |
