AM - 3 miles. Nice and cool Arctic Circle run. My quad was bothering me and I was a little sore from last week but it was a great run although it was pretty humid. PM - 6.75 miles. 5x3:00 with 3:00 minutes of jogging after each one. I also did the Harts warm and cool with weights and plyos afterwards. It was really hot today and it even still felt a little humid. I think this was honestly the hardest day of the whole season. I did everything I was supposed to and my legs by the end felt like jello. I took a lot more breaks than usual but I kept on going. I did most of my weights but as I started my plyos I could barely do them but once Abel caught up with me I was able to finish it out with him. |
