AM-3 miles. Another cool morning run. Enough said. PM-5.5 miles. Harts warm and cool. 4x2 min. with 1 min recovery. 5x400 with 30 sec recovery. I actually only did 4x400 because I thought that was how many I was supposed to do. Today overall I felt really good. My legs were a little stiff and sore on the warm up but by the workout I was fine. My 2 min. weren't the best but I thought I was where I usually am, need to work on pushing myself a little bit harder on those. My 400's were really good today and I was able to pack it in a little closer than usually. I wasn't able to pack it in very well in the beginning but I tried to push myself hard at the end and was able to catch up a good distance. Need to work on pushing it through the whole thing. |
