AM - 3.75 miles. 30 min easy. Still a bit sick this morning but much better.
PM - 5.5 miles. 10x200 at 800 race pace (goal - 32.5) with 1-2 min recovery. My sickness especially felt cruddy this afternoon on this workout. My throat hurt which made it pretty tough but otherwise the pace on these were pretty chill and I hit my times pretty much every time.
