AM - 3.75 miles. 30 min easy. Ran by myself earlier this morning because I made Preference Royalty and had to practice for the assembly this morning.

PM - 6.25 miles. 45 min easy and 4x200. Pre race run to Sandbergs. First time jumping in since winter. It was probably the coldest it has ever been when I have jumped in and it felt really good on my legs. I'm only running the 800 and the 4x400 at Hurricane so I'm not racing to Saturday which I think is good. My legs feel kind of tired right now.

Controversial Topic of The Day - Did King Chezerk let Peasant Jenkins win the Men's 3k at NCAA Indoor Nationals? I think Edward Chezerk let his teammate Eric Jenkins win so that he could get his first NCAA title.

he totally let him. Edward can beat anyone in the NCAA without too much trouble.
