AM - 2 miles. My foot was feeling really good today, all nice and padded up but I decided to keep it at 2 miles today. I also finally did ploys again (cut a few of them short because they bothered my foot).

PM - 7.75 miles. Michigan workout for the first time this year. My goal was to hit B standard which was 28:10. I destroyed that time, finishing with about a 25:55 (almost A standard which is 25:10). My goal is to make A standard before the end of the season. My foot was feeling pretty good today. Still a little iffy on warm up but didn't bother me after that. I started out pretty slow on this today, hanging back with Jake Taylor but that is where I wanted to be. Me and Jake, quickly caught up to Andrew and we got a solid pack going. We caught up to Matt and our pack was really rolling. I fell off a little just before the end but I refocused and didn't let the distance between me and them grow too much. I didn't have a great kick at the end but my time was super solid and the way I ran was super solid so I can't be too mad.
