Morning - 5 miles The first part of the run was downhill and was really easy but on the way back the uphill killed me. Great run over all though. Afternoon - 3 miles Nice afternoon run because of the stormy day. Only around 90 degrees. The lift afterwards was 3 sets instead of 2 but not too bad. I watched Jason smash Hunter's plank record with a time of 7 minutes 3 seconds. Pretty awesome day. |
