AM - 7 miles with hill workout. I did 5-1:00 and 7-0:30. Michael was giving us tips and pushing us the whole time and helped me get better each time we did it. I was a little sore from the race yesterday and with the hill workout today I could barely run on the way back. We stopped and got some water and that really helped me finish off my run. PM - 3 miles at 6 pm instead of 3 pm because of the running center thing afterwards. It was a hot day but it cooled down a lot by the time we started running. We didn't do any weights after (I think because we couldn't get into the weight room) but we did as much of the plyos as we could outside before going and eating pizza and watching the Running Center's presentation. I really liked the presentation the guy gave because this is my first year running and it was really helpful and answered a lot of questions about racing.
