AM - 7 miles. 4x1000 (trying to hit 3:56) with 3 min. recovery and 2x300 (all out) with full recovery and Harts warm and cool. My 1000 times were 3:53, 3:57, 3:57, 3:57 and my 300 times were :48, :56. I did pretty well on my 1000 except for the first one but on that 300 I hit a wall barely 100 meters in and I couldn't sprint anymore. My shin was still about the same. PM - 4 miles. Hot 3 miles and then striders by myself. My shin actually felt way better than this morning but still hurt a bit.
