AM - 7.75 miles. Old Man Hills 3x(400, 400, 200). Coach told us to back off a little bit but still have a hard push. I did pretty well and my shin didn't really hurt but I've been slacking off on getting to bed early over this break and I was feeling pretty tired. PM - 3 miles. I almost let myself skip this run because I was feeling so tired but it felt good to shake out the legs.
