AM - 5 miles. 4x600 (goal: 2:00) with 120 beat recovery and Harts warm and cool. My times were 2:05, 2:01, 1:59, and 1:57. My first one was a little slow and the last one maybe a little quick but pretty happy with how I did. My heart rate was even below 120 when we checked it one time. We had plyos after and it was so tiring. PM - Hot 3 miles. |
