AM - 5.5 miles. 5x10 sec. bounders and 5x10 sec. hill sprints in Hell Hole with warm/cool to mileage. I felt pretty good with how I did today. I pushed it as hard as I could on the sprints and did the bounders the best I could but on the way back I barely could get up the hill and walked quite a bit. Hills are still my weakness so I still need to work on those. My legs were still sore especially the quads. PM - 3 miles. Same old Arctic Circle run. It wasn't hot today but it was super humid so it was still bad. Weights afterwards. My right quad really bothered me at the beginning of the run.
