AM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. I felt good this morning. Legs didn't feel sore or tired or anything. Good run to start the week.

PM - 4.5 miles. Sunrise Hills (8x20 sec with 10 sec recovery). Tough workout but I did decent. Tried my best to stick with Nick on these and was pretty close.

AM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. Chill Run. Felt a bit sore from yesterday's hills. 

PM - 3.5 miles. 30 min easy. We did a beast scavenger hunt for our run today. Sadly my team didn't win.

AM - 5 miles. 40 min easy. Ran by myself down the river trail. I felt good and it was a good run. It just felt good to not be in school. 

PM - 3.75 miles. 30 min easy. Another good run by myself.

AM- 5.25 miles. 40 min easy. Good run up on top of Foremaster. Probably one of my favorite runs because it's always so quiet and there is hardly ever any cars driving. No afternoon run today with it being Thanksgiving and all.

PM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. Ran over at my cousins house somewhere out by Snow Canyon. Hit up some hardcore steep hills.
