AM - 4.5 miles. 0.5 mile barefoot warmup and 4 miles easy. We ran under freeway and out into the desert today. I still feel out of shape and I had to use all I had to keep up with the team. My legs felt pretty good though with no pain in the foot and very little in the knee.

AM - 3.5 miles. Same warm up and then easy 3 up to Maverick. I felt way good today and didn't have that out of shape feeling. I was even able to lead the pack for a little bit of the run. My legs felt good, great run, and fun kids club.

AM - 4.5 miles. Same warm up and then 4 miles easy to Sandbergs. My legs were a little sore which is probably a reminder that I need to stretch/roll but I felt pretty good, it was a nice swim in the warm pond, and another fun run.

AM - 4.5 miles. Same warm up, 3 barefoot miles, and then striders. I love barefoot runs so I really loved the run today. I was still a little sore but I felt pretty good otherwise today.

AM - 3.5 miles. 0.5 mile warm up at the Region Course and then we ran the course. It was a pretty tough run but I just kept pushing and I led the pack a little bit. The soreness was still there but is fading and my knee hurt a bit before the run but I didn't feel it during or after the run. I'll ice it to make sure it doesn't get worse.

AM - 3 miles. I went out by myself at about 8:30 am and it was super hot. I've got to get up earlier and go when its cooler next time. My legs felt pretty good on the run and the soreness was almost all gone but for the first half mile my legs just wouldn't move. I felt like a rusty robot. Besides the hotness and robot legs, it was not a bad run.
