AM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. I wasn't feeling super great this morning. The girls went super fast this morning and so I ran with them on the way back.
PM - 7 miles. 55 min easy. Trail Run Tuesday - Dino Tracks. Tough trail run. I was already feeling tired today and this run didn't help. It's a really cool trail but it isn't very easy. My foot has started hurting a lot again which sucks because I almost thought it was all better.
