AM - 3.75 miles. 30 min easy. Average Pace: 7:58. First day back from the 2 week break. I felt really good today. Legs were still sore from the bball game with DH on Saturday but I honestly didn't feel out of shape or anything. This really is no suprise because studies have shown that you only lose about 6% of your VO2 Max after 2 weeks of no running so I'm still in decent shape.
